Why would you blindfold a paralegal and lead them through the training compound??

Today our paralegals played a "trust game" by leading each other around our training area, with one paralegal blindfolded while the other gave instructions to lead them safely to a bench to sit on....

Not unlike the situation many paralegals find themselves in when victims in the community approach them for help about a matter they are completely "blind" about and have to trust an almost stranger with the intimate details of their painful failed marriage, or betrayal by family....
