How can we measure the impact of our training?

One of the ways Inherit Your Rights seeks to measure if training we've delivered has had any impact is by asking benchmarking questions at the beginning of our training.

These questions are then asked again at the end of the training and we can see if attitudes have shifted by the change, if any, in the answers to our questions around domestic violence, child rights, and other subjects the participants have been discussing and learning about.
